On Klixus, groups can upload and sell their own photos* from their events. Or if a group doesn’t already have a photographer they can easily find one using the Klixus Marketplace. These enthusiastic photographers can provide terrific high-quality shots of their event and help maximise their photo sales. Either way, groups can earn up to an 85% commission on all photos, whether taken themselves or by a hired photographer.

Finally a place for photographers to easily find photo opportunities
With just a few clicks, photographers can find exciting photographic opportunities and make offers to cover a group’s event. They can charge an upfront fee for their services and earn a 55% commission on all the photos sold. If they want to further support a local group they can even donate part of their commission to the group.
Photographers don’t need to wait for future events before they start uploading photos. They can create an album for a group’s event straight away, (if they have photos from a previous event and the group is happy to share their photos and raise some money at the same time)!

After spending many years working with local community groups including time as
treasurer on the committees for Phoenix Players (a local Canberra theatre group)
and the ACT branch of the Australian Kungfu and Wushu Federation, Richard is
immensely proud of the work Klixus does to help local groups and charities raise
the much needed funds they require to continue doing the things they are most
passionate about.
